We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR policies, fostering a positive work environment, and aligning HR practices with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
HR Manager Responsibilities:
1. Develop, test, and deploy high-quality TV applications across various platforms, ensuring compatibility and performance.
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to implement new features and improve existing ones.
3. Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
4. Stay updated on the latest smart TV platform SDKs, frameworks, and development practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in live and test environments.
5. Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold coding standards and best practices.
6. Implement analytics, DRM, and ad integration solutions within TV applications.
7. Work closely with the QA team to identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in HR management or related roles.
3. Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
4. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other relevant tools.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD).
- Experience in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
