We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of exceptional digital experiences for our products. As a senior member of the design team, you will drive innovative and user-centric designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, and business goals. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior designers, and championing design excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research, personas, and journey mapping to define user needs and goals.
2. Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
3. Ensure all designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
4. Create high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or related software).
5. Develop design systems, style guides, and component libraries to maintain consistency across platforms.
6. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
7. Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives.
8. Lead brainstorming sessions and design workshops to foster innovation.
9. Advocate for the user by presenting designs and research insights to stakeholders.
10. Stay updated on UI/UX trends and share best practices to inspire the team.

Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
3. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
4. Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
6. Experience designing for complex systems such as SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.
7. Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS) will be plus.
8. Knowledge of user research methodologies and data-driven design.
